How long does it typically take to close and get the money?

We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.

How do we sign the contract?

You have a couple of options for signing the contract with us. The first option is through DocuSign—you’ll receive the contract via email, allowing you to sign it electronically. Once all parties on the title have completed their signatures, we will receive the finalized contract shortly. Alternatively, we can send you a PDF version for you to print, sign, and scan back to us.

How do we come up with our cash offers?

We provide a market-value cash offer based on the current listings of similar properties in the area. Unlike other investors and cash buyers, our goal is to offer a fair price—at or above market value—giving our sellers an advantage over traditional real estate listings.
